HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!! TBS just called; I just won the Sex In the City voice over contest!

JC's mom sent me the entry (because she knows I do voice overs). I didn't have a mic to record, so Vim taught me how to use my headphones and told me to download Sound Forge. I read a small script for Carrie's part and e-mailed it in a month ago.

Upon looking at the details I get to go to Atlanta for three days (with a guest), do a voice over spot for TBS website (Grand Prize Winner will receive the opportunity to provide the voice-over audio recording for an animated character in a 'Sex and the City' Promotional Spot which may be exhibited on the TBS Website) and get $100 cash.

Hopefully I won't end up being the voice of a chair squeaking or a dog barking in the background. I'm going to try and see what I can get out of this; I've been dying to get a demo together for a long time now ... maybe this is my foot finally stepping through the door ...
